I need help with DRM (Digital Rights Management) problem?

I want to download a free viewing from the UK Channel 4 Video On Demand website.
They offer free programmes to watch but when I try I get a download of a programme I get an error message saying:
“There is a problem with your Digital Rights Management (DRM) files.”
